Battery characteristics
1.High energy density
Lithium-ion battery is the same weight of nickel-cadmium or  nickel-metal hydride batteries half, the volume is 20-30%  nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride 35-50%.
2.high voltage
A lithium-ion cell operating voltage of 3.7V (average), equivalent  to three series of nickel-cadmium or nickel metal hydride batteries.
3.No pollution
Lithium-ion batteries do not contain harmful metals such as cadmium, lead and mercury.
4.Does not contain metallic lithium
Lithium-ion batteries contain no metallic lithium and are  therefore not subject to the restrictions imposed by aircraft transport  on the prohibition of carrying lithium batteries in passenger aircraft.
5.High cycle life
Under normal conditions, lithium-ion battery charge-discharge  cycle can be more than 500 times, lithium iron phosphate (hereinafter  referred to as ferrophosphorus) can reach 2000 times.
6.No memory effect
Memory  effect refers to the nickel-cadmium batteries in the charge-discharge  cycle, the battery capacity to reduce the phenomenon. Lithium-ion batteries do not have this effect. charging
Using  a constant current and constant voltage charger with a rated voltage of  4.2V, the lithium-ion battery can be fully charged within 1.5-2.5  hours. The newly developed lithium iron phosphate battery can already be  fully charged in 35 minutes.
